Designed for any front of house, the mixer has an attractive stainless steel build, making it highly sturdy and simple to clean while looking smart.
The low-noise motor has two speed modes – fast or slow, giving you the option to perfectly aerate milkshakes, giving them fantastically fluffy results which improves both yields and taste.
Supplied with a strong stainless steel malt cup, the Apuro milkshake mixer ensures you have everything you need to start using it straight away.
Please note: not designed to break down or blend harder ingredients such as fruit – a bar blender is recommended for this task.
Is suitable for ice cream – ensure ice cream is softened before adding – not suitable for mixing hard frozen ice cream or ice.
For best results, add liquids first and ice cream last.
